Incredible luxury villa
Our clients demanded a luxury villa with which Pacheco & Asociados Architects would feel proud of its design: As the plot had a steep slope, we would have to have a basement no matter what.
We divided the plot into different zones. Recreational Zone, Neutral Zone (passage zone), Mediterranean Zone, Tropical Zone, Retirement Zone, Walking Zone and Desert Zone.
Layout of the luxury villa
On the ground floor of this luxury villa, we have three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a 34.25m² living room, which, together with a 19.32m² kitchen, add up to more than 53m² of open space. This large space is reached from a hall of 11.36m². Both the living room and the dining room are decorated with wooden beams.
The basement was divided into two parts. The first for a cinema, gym, Turkish bath and sauna in one part and the second for a large garage for 3 cars and bicycles with access from the lower street.
The ground floor has access from the upper street through a bridge that flies over the basement. This villa is accessed through the entrance hall as the central axis dividing the house into two areas, one at night and the other during the day.
In the night area we have designed a large bedroom that can be converted into an office with an en-suite bathroom and views of the tropical area and an internal patio. In the central axis of the villa is the staircase and in the center of it an elevator.
In the day area there is a toilet and a laundry room with a view of another central patio, followed by an entrance hall and the noble area of the villa consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room, all interconnected, open to the outside and to the pool area with wonderful views of Altorreal.
Through the staircase you access the first floor where the three bedrooms are located. The first is an en-suite bedroom and the other two with a shared bathroom. All bedrooms open onto two terraces with magnificent views of Altorreal and Molina del Segura.
More curiosities about this luxury villa
An architectural element that draws attention is the abstract pergola that covers part of the terraces on the ground floor. This landmark gives the villa a very modern and spectacular character.
We create a series of spaces within the plot, each one a particular environment depending on the location of the plot. For example, we created a “Retreat” or space to think, a space located on one side of the plot surrounded by vegetation and which is accessed by a path surrounded by bamboo canes.
Also worth noting are the different platforms around the pool area created taking into account the slope of the land. Adjacent to the pool is a magnificent chill-out with a fire as an inviting element in winter.
The materials and decoration were carefully chosen to provide the villa with the modern air required by our clients.
