The Great Rehabilitation in Mazarrón

What began as a small reform became the largest rehabilitation of a villa that Pacheco & Asociados Arquitectos has carried out to date. Located in the Mazarrón area with the best views of the Mediterranean Sea, this villa has undergone a total transformation to become one of the most spectacular villas in the area.
Metamorphosis
Built on a steep hill, this mansion jumps from floor to floor trying to reach the sea.
With its double waterfall pool and spectacular terrace, the views from its south facing, make this villa a home for the lucky ones. This formidable 514m2 villa and its magnificent views from the top of the highest part of Mazarrón make this mansion the envy of the area.
A ground floor with a total open plan.
The ground floor has a large 88.11m² living room with magnificent views of the pools and the Mediterranean Sea. The dining room shares this space and the kitchen with its nearly 12m² kitchen culminates this “open plan” space.
There is a bedroom with a separate bathroom on this floor at street level adjoining an elevator that takes us to the three floors of this villa and its spectacular terrace on the roof where you can enjoy a large Jacuzzi, bar and barbecue.
The basement floor where the fun begins.
The terraces and double pool are at basement level, although the south façade is completely open to the sea, so there is no feeling of being in a basement.
It is at this level where we have designed the leisure area where there are two swimming pools divided by a large chill-out in the central part. To the left of the chill-out we have a pool of about 100m² for the whole family and to the right of it there is a second pool of about 30m² that is for the exclusive use of our clients.
On the same floor we also have a barbecue area of about 50m² with a separate bar, an outdoor kitchen with a large storage space. This entire area is covered with a concrete pergola perforated with large circles of different sizes.
Both pools have spectacular fountains that provide the enticing sound of water and at night, when illuminated, they also provide an enviable image of color and movement.
A first floor to rest.
On the first floor it is divided into two symmetrical parts. The center consists of a large 45m2 living room and a 13m2 “open plan” kitchen. To the right is the master bedroom of about 20m2 with its own living room of 12m2, a dressing room of about 7m2, an area with a bathtub on a backlit platform of about 8m2 and a bathroom.
To the left of this floor we have bedroom 3 of about 14m2, a complete bathroom of more than 5m2 and a closed porch of 12.33m2 with an elevator that takes us to the basement.
Second floor and the sky.
On this floor is the rest of the 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. On the roof we have a large solarium with a bar, Jacuzzi, shower and with access to an elevator and with incomparable views of the Mediterranean Sea.
