After Pacheco & Asociados Arquitectos was selected to design the new pilot homes for the new Mosa Trajectum resurgence, clients who had plots in that development turned their heads to us so that we could also design their homes to be even more special than the new homes. pilots and among them this special client began to work with us to make his home simple but at the same time very spectacular and that is how Casa Blanca was born.
The modern design of this villa was inspired by the client. Wide spaces, an open plan and the possibility of using the roof top solarium as an extension to the villa is an inherent feature of this villa.
The materials have also been chosen with the greatest care, not only for their authenticity but for their quality and ease of maintenance. Large format tiles for the bathrooms, solid wood doors, traditional carved wood and underfloor heating are just some of the first class features of this villa.
Smooth land landscape. We brought the concept of a global project that included soft and hard landscape to Costa Cálida from the Costa del Sol. Architecture and landscape have been unified in a single project.
The heart of this villa is the spacious living room with its double ceiling with a north facing window and internal patio doors opening onto a terrace.
This two-storey villa is impressive in its concept and design. The living rooms extend out onto the covered terrace so you can make the most of the sun day and night. The villa has a working external kitchen for use on the terraces, making entertaining and barbecuing to an art. And this cottage has a superbly equipped fully electric kitchen.
