A great project for a small urbanization

The promoter had started this project in 2007 when the structure had been completed for the year 2008-2009 came the great crack in construction in Spain. Construction started but unfortunately it stayed on the structure. In 2016 the developer contacted Pacheco & Asociados to see if the design could be updated using the existing structure but with a totally new design since the original project was based on small town houses with tiles, small windows, etc.
Four apartments and three single-family villas
Our homes are located in Los Alcázares, Murcia. We design these villas and apartments in which we take as a point of reference the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the golf course “La Serena” which is located 500 meters from the complex.
We have 3 luxury villas with private pools and four apartments. The Torre del Rame was a watchtower of Arab origin that was part of the defense system of the Mar Menor coasts and that was remodeled during the Castilian repopulation to warn of the incursions of Barbary pirates along the Mediterranean coast. Today it is located within the grounds of a golf course in Los Alcázares.
The villages
The villa is built on two floors, with the main entrance through a 25 m² living room and a fully equipped kitchen that includes wall units and modern design finished with an artificial stone countertop. Includes taps, ceramic hob, oven and smoke extractor. It has three double bedrooms with a full bathroom and a double bedroom on the ground floor. You can enjoy the sun in the 271 m² private garden or with sea views on a large 57 m² terrace on the roof. The plot will be delivered with two large 3 m high trees (palm or olive) and the garden can be grass or gravel. In any case you will have an automatic irrigation system.
The villa has a complete solar thermal or geothermal system that will provide you with almost free hot water. This individual villa has a pre-installation system for air conditioning so that in case you want to install it, you only have to buy the machinery, no major works are required inside the house.

They are built on one floor, with the main entrance through a 30,58 m² living room and a semi-open kitchen that includes modern kitchen furniture, finished off with an artificial stone countertop with taps, ceramic hob, oven and smoke extractor.
The two double rooms have a full bathroom. The private garden of 38,22 m² allows you to enjoy your space fully designed to enjoy your solitude. The garden can be built with grass or gravel, and always with an automatic irrigation system included.
