Altaona: a dream urbanization

MURCIA

Pacheco & Asociados Arquitectos were selected to create a new product in Masa Trajectum by the Scottish company Cetiro.

This company wanted a new design and a new approach for the new 1,500 homes that remained to be built in the Mosa Trajectum urbanization and they chose Pacheco & Asociados architects to produce a new “look” for this urbanization that would be called Altaona Golf and Country Village .

The villas had to be minimalist in their physiognomy and design, for this purpose we designed the Horizon, Aqua, Campo and Olimpo villas. Each with its own character and personality.

Villa Horizon

An exterior family home, where the boundaries between inside and outside seem to disappear on all sides. Designed for a harmonious life where each space is made to enjoy.

The youngest of the group, this villa built on two floors with an area of 139m2 and 89.43m2 on the first floor is proof of minimalist design without any dilemma. With two bathrooms, kitchen and living/dining room and two bathrooms, two bedrooms, terrace on the first floor, this villa borders on a large home with spectacular views of the golf course.

Villa Aqua

An excellent design, where water is present at all times and the experience between internal and external spaces merge into a single environment, all with the continuous presence of water.

In this villa the chill-out area is the epicenter of a great design. A large waterfall closes this space as if it were a curtain. It is the ideal place for summer meetings and chats, where you can live life in the open air in luxury. A walkway over the water leads to the first floor with panoramic views of the golf course.

The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and an open plan kitchen on the ground floor with 190.57m² built and on the first floor with 97.01m² it has a large terrace with another two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Villa Campo

A contemporary, minimalist design with a strong personality. This villa has spacious rooms arranged on the ground floor to create an imposing space that maximizes habitability and accessibility.

Its simple architecture, but with expressive lines makes this villa an elegant selection. It has been decided to design the entire 145m² roof as a large solarium with panoramic views of the golf course and the country atmosphere that disappear into the distance.

Inside this bungalow we have 195m² of covered space that spills over onto the pool area and terraces.

Its double-height living room with its windows on the first floor floods this large space with Mediterranean light.

Designed on a vertical central axis that divides the house into a central area where a large living room/kitchen and dining room unfolds. On the left the master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room en suite and on the right two bedrooms with a bathroom en suite and another bathroom shared with the guests.

The house is complemented by a parking area covered with a pergola.

Villa Olympo

The largest house in Altaona Golf and Country Village, with an impressive design that transforms every minute into a wonderful and unrepeatable experience. The surfaces magically flow through the villa, each one becoming a sensory experience when you walk through its internal spaces and terraces. All this combined with the sounds of water from the fountains and pool combined with the treatment of light, as well as its adaptation to the human condition, its habitability, its ability to integrate the exterior and interior landscape, in the games of lights and shadows, in the sounds, in short, the atmosphere that is breathed.
