Luxury and simplicity in Mosa Trajectum

Once we designed the villa in Casablanca, Pacheco & Asociados Arquitectos were called by the neighbors of the adjacent plot so that we could also design their villa. In this case, they opted for a high-luxury Marbellí-type design. The villa was conceived with a classic-modern character, having a very simple appearance on the façade with a view from the street, hiding its true impact of luxury in the elevations that adjoin the golf course.
A project inspired by the peaceful life in a luxury urbanization and the privilege of living in a house of natural sophistication and large areas. The feeling of retreating from the annoying noise and bustle of everyday life abroad to a relaxing environment is always welcome. Panoramic views of the golf course from the comfort of home are incredible.
The entire space of the living room, kitchen and dining room overflows onto a covered terrace of 50.49m² and this in turn overlooks another terrace of more than 100m². At the axis of this terrace we have designed a sunken chill-out in the ground to have level view of the pool water surface. 70m² pool.
Full symmetry
When we wanted a double garage and a spacious living room, we decided to introduce total symmetry in the design and this symmetry appears everywhere. There is a central axis that divides the villa into two equal parts. Upon entering the house to the right there is a 15.75m² bedroom and on the right side of the central axis there is a luxurious 20.83m² cinema room. Right in the center in the entrance hall is the cantilevered staircase that is an architectural landmark for its design and lighting. This staircase is supported on a wall that acts as a screen between the entrance hall and the magnificent 40 m² living room.
This open space is shared with an “open plan” kitchen of about 20 m2 and a dining room of another 20 m². Creating a double height space of about 80m². Right in the axis of this majestic double-height space is a fireplace of high design and style. Bordering this majestic ground floor there are two garages at each end, a full bathroom and laundry and storage.

A first floor surrounded by large terraces overlooking the golf
Going up the stairs to the first floor, there is access to another distributor hall with views of the double-height living room on the ground floor. This phenomenal first floor is also totally symmetrical in its shape and design. It consists of two large bedrooms, one of 14.85 m² and the other of 18.32 m² on one side with a bathroom to share of about 6m2. On the other axis is the master bedroom with about 30m² and an en-suite bathroom of 11.85 m². All the bedrooms have access to a large 122.22 m² terrace, largely covered by a cornice that provides the much-awaited shade in summer. This wonderful terrace and two of the bedrooms have panoramic views of the golf course, the pool and the chill-out and garden.
All materials were chosen to give the luxury finish that clients demanded from our interior decorators.
An architectural element that draws attention is the abstract pergola that covers part of the terraces on the ground floor. This landmark gives the villa a very modern and spectacular character.
We create a series of spaces within the plot, each one a particular environment depending on the location of the plot. For example, we created a “Retreat” or space to think, a space located on one side of the plot surrounded by vegetation and which is accessed by a path surrounded by bamboo canes.
Also worth noting are the different platforms around the pool area created taking into account the slope of the land. Adjacent to the pool is a magnificent chill-out with a fire as an inviting element in winter.
The materials and decoration were carefully chosen to provide the villa with the modern air required by our clients.
