Within the architectural services that we offer, we carry out the legalization of illegal homes, without a project or reform, that has been carried out without the corresponding building permit. Any extension or reform that has been carried out without the corresponding building license requires legalization, to avoid possible sanctions.
We will analyze the scope of the constructive problem and we will make a first assessment according to the pathologies it presents. We will visit the building and make a detailed study of any possible problem. The observed pathologies and their possible solutions will be evaluated.

We will realistically calculate a first budget that is within the possibilities of reform. Once our fees are agreed, we can prepare the project.
