The breezes at the La Manga Club

The design of this village was requested by the Swiss developer Cherotel. A combination of luxury apartments and villas was commissioned by our client. We tried to integrate a typical Spanish development into La Manga Club, but keeping in mind that construction costs had to be contained in order to incorporate magnificent and lush gardens into the final design, the mixture of iron grilles, curved walls, ceramic tiles, terracotta. and a magnificent landscape design together with spectacular views of the 18-hole golf courses and La Manga del Mar Menor as a background made this development considered one of the best European resorts in Europe.

Luxurious houses with one and two floors in La Manga Club

At the epicenter of each villa we designed a spacious living room with high frescoed ceilings and patio doors leading to a magnificent terrace. The villas were designed on 2 and 3 floors with the lounges on the ground floor, so it spills out onto sunny terraces to make the most of the day’s sun.

We brought the concept of a global project that included landscaping and terraces to Costa Cálida from the Costa del Sol. We managed to unify Architecture and landscape in a single project.

Each house has a working fireplace in the living room and a built-in barbecue on the terrace. And each villa has a superbly equipped fully electric kitchen.

The materials have also been chosen with the greatest care, not only for their authenticity but for their quality and ease of maintenance. Marble for the bathrooms, handmade terracotta tiles, solid wood doors, traditional carved wood or wrought iron balustrades, real old wood beamed ceilings and an authentic rustic finish on the white walls.
