This project that started as a reform became a luxury home.
Located in the highest area of Rojales with the best views of the La Marquesa golf course and the Mediterranean Sea, this villa has undergone a total transformation to become one of the most spectacular villas in the municipality.
Built on a hill, this large mansion has views of its large pool, which is the only thing that precedes the La Marquesa golf course.
With its pool, waterfall and jacuzzi surrounded by a spectacular terrace with views, it makes this villa a home for the blessed.

A ground floor enough for a family.
The ground floor has a large 74.53m2 living room with magnificent views of the pools and the Mediterranean Sea.
The dining room shares this space and the kitchen with its nearly 11m2 kitchen culminates this “open plan” space.
In this luxury home there are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, the master bedroom also has a dressing room of about 9 m2. The master bedroom has access to the 54 m2 main terrace with views of the pool and terrace on a lower level where you can enjoy a large jacuzzi, bar and barbecue.
