Homify, the leading portal in architecture and interior design, has echoed our projects. Specifically, the projected house in La Nucía, Alicante and, for this reason, it has published an outstanding article in its magazine.
La Nucia, Alicante
We carried out this project in 2016 following the guidelines of our client, who wanted to build an exemplary villa on a tight budget. We are not limited in our work, and we recommend certain features that the client gladly accepted.
The house has a solar thermal system that supplies hot water to the entire house through solar energy, in addition to including thermal insulation on the façade with the aim of improving the energy efficiency of the villa.
In this project, we tried to keep all the natural vegetation, whenever possible, and we also carefully chose a classification of vegetation native to the Alicante area, which requires little attention in terms of water. We also installed an automatic drip irrigation system to reduce maintenance efforts.
One of the most notable features of this construction is its open living room, a luxury as it provides light and attractively communicates the interior of the house with the exterior. Directly, its inhabitants can access the garden and pool through the living room through sliding glass doors.
The living-dining room is the heart of this house and one of our main objectives was that our client and his family could enjoy the wonderful climate of the Spanish Levante. More than 3000 hours of sunshine per year and mild temperatures (even in winter), with an annual average of more than 19º, are the companions of this house that we managed to move forward with so much effort.
One of our great commitments is to work closely with each client, large or small, and offer them the best of ourselves. We want to develop each project in detail and give a personal approach to design, always making sure to satisfy the particular demands of each one of them.

We have carried out large projects such as the Rehabilitation of the Royal Palace of Pedralbes in Barcelona and the design and construction of Inacua in Murcia, the largest sports complex in eastern Spain; but we also carry out small reforms and individual projects such as this design in La Nucía or this house in La Manga Club.

Torre del Rame
We have done it again! Homify has published for the second time a project by the architecture studio Pacheco & Asociados Architects in its magazine. On this occasion, the chosen project is the set of homes that we have designed and built in the Torre del Rame Urbanization, in Los Alcázares: 3 luxury villas and 4 apartments with views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Two seas on one coast
The Torre del Rame was a watchtower of Arab origin that formed part of the defensive system of the Mar Menor coast and that, during the Castilian repopulation, was remodelled to prevent attacks by Barbary pirates along the Mediterranean coast.
The location of these homes is characterized by its proximity to the Costa Cálida, bathed by the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea: impressive cliffs, paradisiacal and secluded beaches with endless white sand, lively ports and wild coves with thousands of stories to tell. In addition to the more than 3,000 hours of sunshine per year and the mild temperatures (even in winter), with an annual average of more than 19ºC. How was this project published by Homify?
All the luxury villas consist of 2 floors with 3 double bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with first-class finishes and are well equipped, with a plot of 271 m2, and a constructed area of 214 m2. They are located a few meters from the beach and just 500 meters from the 18-hole La Serena golf course. They are superior luxury villas within the urban area.
Its price includes a covered parking space of 92 m2 and a storage room in the basement with direct access to the villas. It offers incredible views of the sea that will make you enjoy the tranquillity that nature provides. They have a private pool for the exclusive use of its inhabitants, all designed so that you can enjoy your privacy in a unique environment.
The villas are built on two floors, with the main entrance through a 25m2 living room and a fully equipped kitchen that includes modern design wall units finished with artificial stone countertops. Includes taps, ceramic hob, oven and smoke extractor.
They are designed with three double bedrooms with a full bathroom and a double bedroom on the ground floor. You can enjoy the Mediterranean sun in the private garden or with sea views on a large roof terrace. The plot will be delivered with two large 3m tall trees (palm or olive trees) and the garden can be grass or gravel. In any case, all the villas have an automatic irrigation system. They all offer views of the sea, which is just 500 meters away. The town of Los Alcázares (Murcia), on the shores of the Mar Menor, has been considered for generations a paradise for rest and enjoyment of its beaches and nautical activities. Currently, Los Alcázares is one of the most tourist destinations in the Region of Murcia.
Torre del Rame Apartment
The apartments in this residential complex have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed over a constructed area of 87.96m2.
The structure is made up of 2 apartments on the ground floor, with the possibility of a private pool; and 2 on the first floor with a solarium and views of the Mar Menor. The exterior of the houses is anthracite lacquered aluminium and includes double glazing in all exterior areas with PVC shutters, except in the bathrooms. The houses have a garage and closed storage room of 8m2.
The views of the Mediterranean Sea are really inspiring, located approximately 500 meters away. The golf course is also very close, 500 meters away. The apartment is built on one floor, with the main entrance through a 30.58m2 living room and a semi-open kitchen that includes modern kitchen furniture, topped with an artificial stone countertop with taps, ceramic hob, oven and smoke extractor.

Golf amateurs and professionals will be able to play on 22 high-level courses, within a radius of action of 35 kilometres, where they will find 348 holes of all levels, including the La Serena golf course, located 500 meters from the Torre del Rame complex.
Sun and beach 365 days a year
Sunbathing on the beautiful sandy beaches, baptizing silent coves, challenging the wind on a board or changing the umbrella for a wetsuit are just some of the options that Costa Cálida has prepared to make you feel like a fish in water. . The waters of the Mar Menor, due to their chemical characteristics, acquire the category of medicinal. The high concentration of salts and iodine, the absence of waves, the shallow depth of its waters (7 meters maximum) and, of course, its exceptional temperature both in summer and winter, form a unique ensemble and make the Mar Menor one of the most of the best therapeutic remedy.
